We understand that having an accident is an inconvenience and we want to do everything that we can to make this experience as painless as possible. We work directly with your insurance company to save you both time and aggravation. We will arrange a free rental car to meet you at our shop when you drop your vehicle off for repairs. After a complete vehicle inspection, we will document all damages and repairs necessary, resolve insurance payment, and complete repairs based on manufacturer recommendations and I-CAR standards. In most cases we will get you back on the road in your own vehicle within a week.

At Telesis we utilize the most modern technology to manage both the repairs and customer experience. Throughout the repair process we will keep you updated on your vehicle status via email or text. We have found this method of communication to be less intrusive and more positive for our customers.
