 & Structural  Restoration

Major accident? Twisted frame? Our two I‑CAR Gold Class facilities—Telesis Collision Center in Palmdale and Westside Body & Paint in Quartz Hill—specialize in bringing vehicles back to factory crash‑energy specs. From laser frame‑measuring to OEM welding, every step is documented and backed by a lifetime warranty on workmanship and paint.

Our 5‑Step Structural‑Repair Process

  1. Digital Blueprint & ADAS Scan
3‑D laser measuring and OEM scan tools expose hidden frame, rail, and sensor damage.
  2. Precision Pulling & Replacement
Car‑O‑Liner benches realign structures; high‑strength steel or aluminum panels are section‑welded per OEM docs.
  3. Corrosion Protection & Weld Certification
Epoxy primers, cavity wax, and weld‑thru coatings restore anti‑corrosion layers and maintain warranty compliance.
  4. Refinish & Reassembly
Water‑borne PPG paint, infrared curing, and torque‑spec reassembly return factory fit and finish.
  5. Multi‑Point QC & Lifetime Warranty
Post‑repair scan, road test, and electronic alignment check—then we issue your lifetime warranty packet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my car be safe after a major frame pull?
Yes. Final measurements are printed and attached to your invoice. If rails or crush‑zones can’t meet OEM tolerances, we replace them—not pull past spec.

Do you use aftermarket structural parts?
Only if your insurer mandates it and the part meets OEM material specs; otherwise, we quote genuine components first.

Is the lifetime warranty transferable?
It applies to you, the current owner. If you sell the car, we’ll note the repair on request, but the warranty doesn’t transfer.
